Medical Records Save Lives

Overview

Our health solution is a simple Electronic Medical Records system (EMR) for use in clinics, small hospitals and refugee camps in low resource settings

As a Not for Profit organisation, our vision is that OutreachEMR should be used by local communities free of charge

The system is used to improve the care of the individual and to better target healthcare resources and education in the wider community
