EMR4DW Chair Dr Peter Smith arrived in Uganda this week to continue our support for clinics using EMR4DW.He is revisiting our established clinics Bumwalukani, Matuwa and Bushika, in remote Eastern Uganda to continue training staff. He is supporting staff with our new and improved version of EMR4DW . One of the improvements is a new prescribing system which informs the clinician what drugs are available to prescribe and what are the recommended dosages.
He is excited to be visiting 2 new clinics in the area, that have applied to use EMR4DW. Dr Peter will be assessing the clinics to ensure they meet our policy of supporting sustainable clinics. Watch this space to see how they get on.
